Personally, I take my NanoGreens first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I mix one level scoop in the shaker cup with 8 ounces of cold water and sometimes add one or two ice cubes which helps to mix the powder. By doing this daily, I have already received 10 portions of fruits and vegetables. To me, this is an important investment in my longevity. About one hour later, I will have breakfast food.
Later in the day, I will mix the NanOmega with 8 ounces of cold water. I personally will do this on the days that I do not eat cold water fish, like salmon, because I am making sure to get my adequate amount of Omega 3 essential dietary oils.
As an afternoon or post exercise, I will take my NanoPro. My choice is 1-2 scoops with either 8 or 16 ounces of cold water or rice milk. Sometimes I will use a blender and add addition fruit. This will especially hold me over until my next meal.
New in 2010 are the NanoReds which contain more red and purple fruits. This product will still give you 10 portions of fruits and vegetables like the NanoGreens, but for some of my patients and friends who just cannot get past the "green" color, the "reds" will give them an option. It has a great punch flavor and I take it as an afternoon snack or before a workout. Kids also love the taste of the NanoReds.
Also new is NanoEPA, the purest, most complete, absorbable and incredibly delicious alternative to fish oil pills. It actually has a yummy lemon flavor and doesn't give you those awful "fish burps" later!
